Electronically build tender requests to submit to appropriate suppliers to handle the outsourcing of one-off items, general outwork and full customer campaigns. By automatically matching the campaign product attributes to your suppliers PRIMO identifies capable providers from whom to request prices.
Tender requests include a response deadline to which suppliers can respond conventionally, via email, on-line, or even automatically if they also use Tharstern MIS.
Ensure you only work with the best providers by rating suppliers using a unique scoring system. The winning tender can then be converted into an estimate to be processed as a job, re-using the data from the campaign to create purchase orders and invoices.

Tharstern-to-Tharstern Print Management
Streamline communications with your suppliers who also use more recent versions of Tharstern MIS for a prompt response to tenders. Your tender request is automatically received into your suppliers’ Tharstern system as a Request For Quote. This allows your supplier to re-use the information within the tender to quickly build their estimate. Once submitted the required prices are automatically populated within the price feedback form of your original tender ready to evaluate.

Print Management Web Portal
Provide a web portal for each supplier unique to the tender request, to enable each selected company to submit their responses on-line, which then feeds back directly into the campaign for comparison.
