Introduction
Microsoft® Project 2007 is a powerful application for creating professional looking project plans. Delegates will learn how to produce a project schedule by creating and linking tasks, and how to track people and costs with the use of resources. Reports and viewing options will also be introduced allowing users to track and manage ongoing projects efficiently.
The aim of the course
At the end of the course, delegates will be able to prepare Projects to a consistent standard, setting up Calendars and options specifically for their organisation. Delegates will be able to create and assign resources to the tasks, and create milestones and constraints. In addition, delegates will be able to manage simple costs within Microsoft® Project, monitor and control progress on plans and produce a wide variety of reports and data from a plan.
